This text regarding payment and delivery, which is also part of our Terms of Sale, is intended for all visitors and customers on the website and in the online store URONI (hereinafter: “customer”, “you”, “your”, “your “). For complete payment and shipping information, please read our Terms of Sale carefully.

The prices of our goods (products) on the website and in the URONI online store can be expressed in Croatian currency (kuna – KN) or in the official currency of the European Union (euro – EUR). All payments will be made in Croatian currency (HRK – KN). The means of payment in the Republic of Croatia is the Croatian kuna, and as a buyer you pay the cost of currency conversion. The exact amount is obtained by converting the price in euros into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.
The prices of our goods (products) on the website and in the URONI online store include all taxes and duties.
As a customer, you expressly agree to issue an invoice in electronic form. If you want a paper invoice, you can request it at any time by contacting us at one of our available contacts listed in the “Introduction”.
Payment for our goods (products) in the URONI online store is possible in the following ways:
- bank transfer / internet banking / general payment slip (applicable only to the Republic of Croatia),
- cash on delivery – cash (applicable only to the Republic of Croatia),
- credit cards.
Virman / internet banking / general payment slip (applicable only to the Republic of Croatia)
By selecting the option of transfer payment upon completion of the purchase in the URONI online store, to your Email, which you specified when completing the purchase, you will receive payment information. You can pay by online banking or general payment slip (at the bank, post office or FINA). If it is a payment from a foreign bank, all bank costs of the transaction are borne by you or the payer.
We deliver the goods (product) URONI only after your payment is visible on our account. We do not deliver goods (product) to URONI only on the basis of a confirmation of your payment.
Cash on delivery (cash only for the Republic of Croatia)
By choosing the option of cash on delivery – cash upon completion of the purchase in the online store URONI, you pay the supplier of goods (products) URONI cash.
Credit cards
By choosing the option of paying by credit card in the URONI online store, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the Internet. CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Delivery of goods (products) DIVE to your address is done through the delivery service of our choice, and our contractual partner is General Logistics Systems Croatia doo (hereinafter: “GLS”). CLG reserves the right to choose another delivery service if in this way the goods (product) URONI will be delivered more efficiently.
Delivery is made on weekdays. The delivery speed may deviate from the usual, eg during holidays, non-working days, during large sales promotions and other situations where difficulties during shipping and delivery are possible. Shipping and delivery times are postponed to the first following business day in case of holidays and public holidays.
The delivery price for addresses in the Republic of Croatia is 4.00€. Delivery is free for orders over 60.00€.

As a customer, when taking over the goods (products) URONI from the supplier, you are obliged to check for any damage and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods (product). CLG is not responsible for mechanical damage caused during delivery.

Cijene naših proizvoda na web stranici i u internetskoj trgovini URONI izražene su u službenoj valuti Europske unije (euro – EUR). Sva plaćanja izvršavaju se u eurima (EUR).
Cijene naših proizvoda na web stranici i u internetskoj trgovini URONI uključuju sve poreze i davanja.
Kao kupac izričito pristajete na izdavanje računa u elektroničkom obliku. Ako želite papirnati račun, možete ga zatražiti u bilo kojem trenutku putem jednog od kontakata navedenih u odjeljku “Uvod”.
Plaćanje naših proizvoda u internetskoj trgovini URONI moguće je na sljedeće načine:
- bankovna uplata / internetsko bankarstvo / opća uplatnica,
- pouzećem – gotovina (dostupno samo na području Republike Hrvatske),
- kreditne kartice.
Bankovna uplata / internetsko bankarstvo / opća uplatnica
Odabirom opcije plaćanja putem bankovne uplate po završetku kupnje u internetskoj trgovini URONI, na e-mail adresu koju ste naveli prilikom kupnje zaprimit ćete sve potrebne podatke za plaćanje. Plaćanje možete izvršiti putem internetskog bankarstva ili opće uplatnice (u banci, pošti ili FINA-i). U slučaju plaćanja iz inozemstva, sve troškove bankovne transakcije snosi kupac odnosno platitelj.
Proizvode URONI isporučujemo tek nakon što uplata bude vidljiva na našem računu. Isporuka se ne vrši isključivo na temelju potvrde o izvršenoj uplati.
Plaćanje pouzećem (gotovina – Republika Hrvatska)
Odabirom opcije plaćanja pouzećem prilikom završetka kupnje, iznos narudžbe plaćate dostavljaču u gotovini prilikom preuzimanja pošiljke.
Kreditne kartice
Odabirom plaćanja kreditnim karticama u internetskoj trgovini URONI koristite CorvusPay – napredni sustav za siguran prihvat kartičnih plaćanja putem interneta. CorvusPay osigurava potpunu povjerljivost Vaših kartičnih podataka od trenutka unosa u obrazac za plaćanje. Više informacija možete pronaći u Izjavi o sigurnosti online plaćanja.
Dostava URONI proizvoda na Vašu adresu vrši se putem dostavne službe po našem izboru, a naš ugovorni partner je General Logistics Systems Croatia d.o.o. (u daljnjem tekstu: “GLS”). CLG zadržava pravo odabira druge dostavne službe ukoliko se na taj način može osigurati učinkovitija isporuka proizvoda.
Dostava se vrši radnim danima. Vrijeme isporuke može odstupati od uobičajenog, primjerice tijekom blagdana, neradnih dana, većih prodajnih akcija ili drugih okolnosti koje mogu uzrokovati poteškoće u transportu i dostavi. U takvim slučajevima rokovi isporuke pomiču se na prvi sljedeći radni dan.
Cijena dostave za područje Republike Hrvatske iznosi 4,00 €. Dostava je besplatna za narudžbe iznad 60,00 €.
Rok isporuke za područje Republike Hrvatske iznosi 1–5 radnih dana. Izuzetak mogu biti otoci — raspored dostave za otoke dostupan je na sljedećoj poveznici: Dostava na otoke.
Kao kupac, prilikom preuzimanja URONI proizvoda od dostavljača dužni ste provjeriti eventualna oštećenja te ih odmah prijaviti dostavljaču. CLG ne odgovara za mehanička oštećenja nastala tijekom dostave.
